This house belonged to the family of Don Casiano Casas and Doña Adela Echesortu, members of the upper class of Rosario.
The project was designed in 1913 by the renowned architect Alejandro Christophersen and became the headquarters of the Notary Public Association in 1959.
It is a small palace whose floors show the academicist way of projecting, in French neo-baroque style. On the facade there are classically French elements such as the black slate roof known as mansard roof.
The entrance is linked to a small circular hall, flanked by the living room and the study, and then leads to the great hall, the center of the composition of the second floor. The latter is illuminated by a stained-glass ceiling with floral motifs. The different rooms are arranged around this space, the billiard room, and the dining room, communicating with each other through arcades with glazed windows.
On the second floor there are three bedrooms at the front, linked by a circular hall and a succession of secondary spaces such as the bathrooms and dressing room.
The oak-paneled walls and the curved glazed doors stand out on the second floor.
