The covered stadium located at Independence Park was the stage chosen for the historic presentation of the musicians starring the musical boom of the 80’s, which took Trova Rosarina to the national stage. Litto Nebbia, Juan Carlos Baglietto, "Fito” Páez, Adrián Abonizio, Lalo De Los Santos, Silvina Garré, Ethel Koffman y “la banda del puerto”, Jorge Fandermole, Juan Monfrini and Myriam Cubelos, Acalanto and Boulevard played at the memorable Rock Rosario 83 concert, which lasted 8 hours and attracted a huge crowd. The event, which supported the work of local musicians, was the perfect occasion to record a collectible album.
