Located on Cordoba St. between Paraguay St. and Corrientes St., it was designed by the architects De Lorenzi, Otaola, and Rocca in 1928.
It is an office building that respects the height of its neighboring building, the "Stock Exchange". It has a free floor plan, and, despite the symmetrical composition of the facade, it presents a clear sign of modernity with Art Deco decorative elements. Its highlights include a tripartite organization with a base, three windowed levels, and an imposing top with formal resources such as "chocolate bars", fan shapes, rectangles, circles, and plays of light and shadow.
