This hotel is distinguished by its imposing dome adorned with portholes covered with turquoise ceramics. It also has some Art Nouveau details and rises to 70.5 feet, while its spire reaches 98 feet. At the beginning of the 20th century, various events were held in this sector of the building in summer. Some of the first films in Rosario were also shown here.
