Located on Mitre St. between Rioja St. and Cordoba St., it was a 1929 project designed by the architects De Lorenzi, Otaola, and Roca to house the headquarters of the Insurance Workers Union, with a heated pool and fencing hall.

The facade is a clear example of Art Deco style. It includes black granite on the ground floor, a double-height main door in the center, and lower secondary entrances on its sides. Above this, there is a balcony in an ornamented frame, on the section where the ballroom, hall and dining room were located.
