Costa Alta is a public space at the edge of Rosario. A large riverside platform called "Paseo del Caminante" (Pedestrian's Walk) offers a view of the Paraná River and the Rosario-Victoria Bridge.
Costa Alta allows visitors to discover the riverside area near the head of the Rosario-Victoria Bridge. It encompasses the 600 meter-long (656 yards) Paseo del Caminante (Pedestrian’s Walk) by the Paraná River (connecting the streets Fontanarrosa, Galicia and Bajada Escauriza), together with a 50 meter-long T-shaped jetty (55 yards). Since the area is at the foot of a steep slope, it is worth mentioning that there is an elevator for 30 people available to make the descent. The elevator also allows you to admire the landscape.
In the summer, you can take one of the buses of the Línea de la Costa (Riverside Line) to reach this part of the city.
